Black with a removable plastic lid with open hole for drinking. The coffee cups are NOT LEAK PROOF. The lids, whilst preventing major splashes if knocked over, do have holes in them for drinking that cannot be closed. For this reason, we do not recommend carrying your coffee cup in a bag.

If your coffee cup is leaking from the seal between the lid and the cup itself, please check the o-ring to ensure it is fitted correctly. If it doesn't sit right on your lid, this may cause your coffee cup to leak.

Chilly's Coffee cups are not suitable for cleaning in dishwashers as this can cause damage to the paint and the vacuum. However, you can wash the lid in a dishwasher separately if needed!

We recommend cleaning your coffee cup after each use with hot soapy water, please do not leave the coffee cup to soak for a long period of time. For a very thorough clean please use bicarbonate soda.

Whilst Chilly's Coffee Cups are made of high-grade stainless steel which preserves the flavour and freshness of your drinks, if they are not cleaned regularly it can lead to a smell or taste developing.

If your cup is not sealing properly please can you double check that the rubber O-ring is fitted correctly in the lid in the proper groove - sometimes they can move during cleaning and this means that the seal won't work.
