USA Tariffs - April 2025

We can still ship to the USA without any duties or taxes being payable!

This means you can place an order and not worry about any additional costs.

Why is this?

For many years there has been a 'de minimis' program in place for goods arriving in the USA. This allows goods valued at less than US$800 per person, per day to enter the US free of duty. This is why we have been able to ship to the USA without anyone incurring any additional taxes.

We understand that the de minimis program will remain in effect until the Secretary of Commerce notifies the President that systems are in place to process and collect duty revenue for eligible articles. We will let you know as soon as we know that this is happening.

(The only exception to this is the de minimis program does not apply to products made in China and Hong Kong - these products will be taxed upon entry to the USA effective immediately). 

Once the new US Tariffs are activated we'll update you with our plans to continue make buying from the TPS Store simple and easy for our US Customers.
