Each day is for a small group of 6 people plus Dan and Mick. Imagine being with a bunch of mates who are all into guitar tone, guitar gear and sharing tips, asking questions, all to help you get the tone you want.

BRING YOUR GEAR
If you want to bring your gear please do! We'll look briefly as a group at everyone's boards, offer tips, advice and you can plug it in and play through some of the TPS house amps. Or simply share in exploring the rest of the group's gear if you prefer.

TPS HQ TOUR
Mick and Dan will walk you round TPS so you can see where and how TPS happens. From the main studio to the vlog room, from our merch HQ to the live control room...you'll get a chance to see it all!

GEAR EXPERIENCE
Ever wanted to try wet-dry? Want to try some of the pedals on the TPS shelves? Want to try Blue or Red? Or just want to plug in and play some different stuff with your own board and guitar - do it!

PEDALBOARD SURGERY WITH DAN
See the master at work. He'll share the contents of his brain, tips, tricks, solve common problems and help you achieve your own pedalboard goals!

Experience Days are for small groups of up to 6 people (plus Dan & Mick) only.

An Experience Day starts at 10am and finishes at 6pm.

Only pre-booked ticket holders can attend - we're sorry but we can't accommodate any friends, partners, pets etc. on the day. Please don't bring anyone else along as they'll be really bored sitting in your car for 8 hours!

Tickets are available on a first come-first served basis and cannot be transferred to another person without contacting TPS first. This is so we can make sure that all ticket holders get all the relevant info and notifications ahead of the event, including Covid related updates.

We're based just outside Frome in Somerset (UK) for anyone wondering where they have to travel to ahead of booking their ticket.

We will provide lunch, tea, coffee, cake (obvs!) etc. during the day.

Free parking is available on site.

If you are buying a ticket as a gift please email us at shop@thatpedalshowstore as soon after purchase as possible so we can get the recipient's details sorted.

In addition if it's a gift, please let us know when it's OK to contact the recipient so we don't spoil the surprise before you've told them!

COVID - We will ask that everyone who attends accepts our Covid-safe requirements - ticket holders will receive full details of this before the event. It's really important that everyone has a great day so it's on all of us to ensure this.

Please be aware that TPS HQ is a working office/studio space with multiple hazards at both head and foot height.

Wheelchair access is possible by prior arrangement, but please be aware that you will be expected to attend at your own risk.

​Please be aware that if you cancel and require a refund, we will refund you less the payment fees we incur. We apologise for this, but unfortunately our payment gateways no longer refund transaction costs incurred when payments are made.

• Where possible, we will give you the choice to move your ticket to another Experience Day instead.
• We will refund anyone who has bought a ticket in full if WE have to cancel or reschedule an Experience Day. 
• We will automatically refund (less payment fees) anyone who purchases a ticket who has already attended an Experience Day. This is to keep it fair and open to people who have not had the opportunity to come along yet.
• We will automatically refund (less payment fees) anyone who books multiple dates to secure spaces. We will ask you/your group to commit to a specific date immediately after ticket purchase. If you are unable to do this, we will make the date decision for you. Please note that our 1 month cancellation refund period WILL NOT APPLY to people who bulk buy tickets and then cancel what they don't need. We want to avoid people sitting on tickets until a month before an event. So be nice, play fair and spread the Experience Day love.
• We will refund in full (less payment fees) anyone who cancels 1 month or more ahead of the event date.
• We will refund 50% (after payment fees) for anyone who cancels less than 1 month before the event date, unless we can find another person to take your place in which case we will refund in full (less payment fees).
